We accept orders by our online store, by telephone and email.
To place your order by telephone, call us on 0410 253 345. Our telephone order line is available 8am-5pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays). Feel free to text outside business hours.

We accept payment by PayPal and Direct Transfer. (Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared).
We accept payment also online by MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
We use FedEx on all international orders, and charge using their Zone Index Pricing, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for up-to-date FedEx prices.
We will not ship an international order until we receive your authorisation of the additional charges. Please contact us by email at email@example.com before placing an international order and advise us (1) the items you wish to purchase, and (2) your shipping address. We will then email you back with the shipping charges and available shipping methods and request your approval of those charges. If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of when we provide the shipping quote, we will assume you do not approve of the charges and we may cancel the order. Once we receive your approval of the shipping charges and shipping method, we will ship the order and charge your credit card the quoted shipping charge in addition to the charge for the product ordered.
On all international orders the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees charged by the purchaser’s country. Get Game Tackle cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations of international exchange rates between currencies. Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time for orders shipped outside Australia because we cannot control the time it takes any order to pass through customs. Get Game Tackle accepts credit card orders ONLY from the countries listed below:
- Costa Rica
- New Zealand
- Puerto Rico
- United Kingdom
- United States
Depending on the circumstances, we may decline to accept a credit card order from any of the countries listed above. For countries not listed above, typically we will accept and ship an order only if we receive payment in advance by PayPal (www.paypal.com). If you place an international order without contacting us first, we will send you an email explaining what payment method is acceptable and what the shipping charges will be.

Get Game Tackle gift cards are available in denominations from $25 to $500. Gift cards may be purchased online by clicking HERE. Gift cards will be emailed within two business days of the day they are ordered.
Get Game Tackle gift cards are redeemable for any item in our online store. Gift cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Feedback and Product Requests
We encourage your feedback about our site and our service. We also encourage requests for additions to our product lines or inquiries about particular products. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions by any method above.
Some products offered on our site are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. A copy of a specific warranty, where one is offered by a manufacturer, will be made available for inspection before sale upon request. To obtain a copy of a manufacturer’s warranty before sale, if one is available, contact us by email or by telephone on 0410 253 345.
All claims made under a manufacturer’s warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer.
Although we strive to be as accurate as possible, Get Game Tackle cannot be liable for pictorial or typographical inaccuracies on our site.
All prices shown on our site are cash prices in Australian dollars.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to any person.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our site, and to refuse to ship products which were erroneously priced on our site.
All these terms and conditions, and all product specifications and prices, are subject to change. Any change will be posted on the site and will be effective when posted.
